This week in Year 4

This week in Year 4-

This week is enterprise week for the christmas fair. We will be getting creative in the classroom to make things for the fair later in the week. The class will be researching, working with money, using DT skills, and creating labels and posters.

By the end of Year 4, children are expected to know all of their times tables, from 1 to 12, off by heart. Please practise these as much as possible at home. Many thanks.

PiXL Timestable App

The PiXL Timestable App is a free app that can be downloaded on any tablet, phone or computer. It allows children to practise their timestables to increase fluency.

Your child has a personalised log-in (in homework books or reading diaries) to access the app. Please note that the app is case sensitive so please ensure that you enter passwords in correctly, ensuring use of uppercase and lowercase letters as per the password given.

Please encourage your child to use the app as much as possible.

Many thanks
